Please get ';Hair, Skin, Nails'; vitamins! That is the name on the bottle and it can be found at any drugstore. It actually does work. I have been taking it for 1 month and my nails feel so strong. They do not split or break at all. Also has shown improvement in my hair.
theres this sally hansen nail polish...its clear..and it helps in nail growth...sally hansen is one of the better brands and they have variety of products for nail care
