Nail polish color and product help.?

i was just on sally hansens website and i found a couple things.First how long do they normally keep colors on the market.Second fast dry nail color pen is it good or can you recomend some thing better.I am currently looking for the best color that i can find closest to sally hansen sheer opal (preferably similar to the this color it doesn't matter what brand i also want it to apply easy and dry fast)
